properly set up the forums so you HAVE to be in a group to even veiw the majority of the forum. That means, you have to register, post your application, and be accepted. Upon being accepted, I will instantly put you into a group.This should stop anyone I don't like or want from posting.Thanks.Also, Mods, you can actually mod now.and sigs can be attached.
